PC operating system experience encompasses:
Desktop: Windows(3.x, 95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10
Server: NT/2000/2003/2008/2008R2/2012 Workstation and Server)
Some familiarity with Mac OS
Network operating systems include:
Windows NT/2000/2003/2008/2008R2, MS LAN Manager, IBM LAN Server and
Novell.
Network topologies
include Token Ring (4/16) and Ethernet. (10/100/1000)
Concurrent experience in training end users, college students in basic and advanced PC Concepts, and product deployment.
Previous experience in mainframe programming.
PC
software support of Microsoft Office, Lotus SmartSuite in both a business
and educational environment.
