On-Site Support

When requested or deemed necessary an on-site service call will be performed to get your system back up in working order.  This can be for software, hardware or upgrades that you do not feel comfortable doing yourself.   This can also include assistance with the learning of new software packages you may have recently purchased.  At this time, On-Site support is limited to the Macon County area in North Carolina.  Phone support is available to all other areas.

For business customers that are willing to negotiate On-Site Support through a written contract to cover meals, hotel, car rental and travel to location, out of state work can be discussed.
